THE ZEPÉ touch TM TECHNOLOGY: Special warm and soft touch – matt finished surface. Hydrophobic high-tech surface treatment with self-cleaning effect – modelled on nature: Dirt can be easily removed by water. Good fire and high temperature resistance for wooden trolleys. Excellent resistance to abrasion and scratches for a wooden trolley. For example, the bottom of porcelain bowls and dishes could be unglazed and therefore sharp, and can cause scratches on the surface of wooden trays and trolleys. ZEPÉ touch TM protects your investment through a longer lifetime of the trolley. This finish is non-toxic and complies with the European REACH regulation.

The new line FANTASY is a new complete range of buffets, designed to meet every need with its harmonious, innovative and customizable design. The richness of the combinations and the diversity of the materials (wood, INOX stainless steel, porcelain, granite) make it possible to create a unique buffet that suits all types of breakfast, all seasons, and all styles and sizes of establishments. This new buffet line gives more flexibility in terms of assembling the various pieces of the ZE PE’s buffet offer.
The starting base is composed by two parts in the middle of which two refrigerating elements are placed. Two starting bases are available:
1. INOX BASE, made up of two pieces in stainless steel 18/10 and two removable ZE PE’ ice pack for chilling .
2. DUAL COLOR BASE, made up of one piece in stainless steel 18/10, one piece in walnut hardwood crown with premium finish and two removable ZE PE’ ice pack for chilling
The strengths of this new buffet line:
• All components are interchangeable
• All items are 100% designed and made in Italy • All food contact safe and certified
• All plastics are BPA free.
A wide range of inserts is available to create the buffet to your own style and preference and which allows an infinity of combination. The various inserts, available in plastic PMMA, stainless steel 18/10, PE, porcelain, granite, walnut hardwood, can be chosen according to the GN scale.
It is also possible to complement the buffet with a professional roll top in clear PMMA, which can be opened on front or backside (2 handles). All inserts are only available for sale in combination with ZE PE’ articles!
